# Discharge of Future Claims To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, you agree to indemnify, hold and defend The Secret Energy Foundation from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from or related to: 1. Your violation of this Charter; 2. Your use or interaction with Create DAO and/or the Secret Energy Foundation; and 3. Your interaction with other WOL NFT Token Holders or third parties in the framework of the Create DAO and/or the Secret Energy Foundation.
