Discharge of Future Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, you agree to indemnify, hold and defend The Secret Energy Foundation from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from or related to:

1. Your violation of this Charter;

2. Your use or interaction with Create DAO and/or the Secret Energy Foundation; and

3. Your interaction with other WOL NFT Token Holders or third parties in the framework of the Create DAO and/or the Secret Energy Foundation.

You agree that you use and participate in Create DAO and/or the Secret Energy Foundation and interact with the Create DAO and/or the Secret Energy Foundation as well as with other WOL NFT Holders or third parties in the framework of the Create DAO and/or the Secret Energy Foundation at your sole risk, especially acknowledging the risks described in this Agreement (the Create DAO Agreement).
